Attendance Packages
We are a firm believer in not having to pay more than you need to at an event. Some events may force you to take things you don’t need to justify a high price, or package up services and benefits that are of no relevance, but not ap&m europe. If you want ‘everything’ then we’re delighted to offer an all inclusive delegate or exhibitor package, but if you only want access to certain elements of the show (or are only available to attend for some of the time), then build your attendance package to suit you.
There are several options for attendees to register as: Visitor; Exhibitor; Partial or Full Delegate. To help you minimise your spend, each has add-ons & upgrades available, so you only spend what you need to.

Note on Exhibit badges: Each exhibit space comes with a limited number of VIP badges (according to booth size) and unlimited non VIP badges. Additional VIP badges can be purchased for £100 each.
Walk the exhibit hall – every badge holder gets to walk the exhibit hall during the opening hours, so if all you want to do is wander around, talk to people you bump into or on the exhibit stands, just register for FREE as a Visitor.
Attend the Seminars – The seminar programme, where you can attend briefings by Airlines, OEMs and MROs, is free for all VIP badge holders and Delegates (Full or Partial). For all other badge holders it’s possible to pay to have access - £65 for one day or £95 for both days.
Attend the Workshops – These in depth sessions with leading exponents in their field are free to attend for Full Delegates. For everyone else, they can bought for £149 per workshop, or you can get access to the full Workshop programme for a blanket fee of £395
Attend the Summit – Taking place off site from Olympia on Tuesday 7th May, this full day conference programme is packed with original content and is free to attend for all airlines and validated MRO Buyers. Full & Partial Delegates attend as part of their package, and VIP badge holders can pay to gain access for an additional fee. Visitors need to upgrade to a Partial delegate place to attend & non VIP exhibitors need to upgrade to a VIP badge before paying the additional access fee.
