Networking

From it’s birth ten years ago as the Airline Technical & Purchasing Conference, held every spring in cities around Europe, ap&m europe has become first & foremost a networking event.  Bringing together everyone working in the commercial aviation after-market for a series of formal and informal networking activities, ap&m europe has long been known as the place where airlines come to do business.

Meet the Buyers

Our signature networking event (sponsored by aeroinv.com), allowing vendors to meet with airline & MRO buyers face to face in pre-arranged, 10 minute meetings.  In 2012 we organised well over 1,500 such meetings over the space of just 3 hours, kick starting literally hundreds of new Buyer/Supplier relationships - relationships which might never have started but for those meetings.  2013 will be no different, with even more meetings booked and managed via our online portal, delivering even more value to buyers & suppliers alike.  For more details on how Meet the Buyers works, follow this link.

VIP Lounge

A central meeting place for all Airlines, MRO Buyers, delegates and VIP pass holders.  The VIP Lounge (sponsored by SDV), located in the exact centre of the show floor will have free refreshments throughout the show and is a place to meet with and speak to customers, suppliers, industry contacts away from the hustle and bustle of the show floor.

Receptions

Aviation people know how to have a good time – and so do we.  Relax, let your hair down and join us for a glass or two at our Welcome Reception on Tuesday 7th May, or our onsite reception on 8th May (sorry, no visitors allowed – only delegates, buyers and VIP badge holders).

Awards Dinner

Now in its fifth year, the ATEM Awards (www.atemawards.com) has become well established, not simply as a measure of a company’s standing within the industry, but also as a networking & social event in its own right, with attendees buying tickets and hosting tables not because they’re nominated, but because of the people they meet and the opportunity to entertain.  For 2013, the awards will be at the Globe Theatre on London’s Southbank – home of Shakespeare!
