Meet the Buyers
ap&m expo europe is first and foremost a Networking event, and at the heart of that Networking is Meet the Buyers.
Vendors (Exhibitors and Paying delegates) have access to the world’s leading airlines and MRO’s in a series of pre-organised face to face meetings on the afternoon of Day One of the EXPO. Meetings last ten minutes and give each Vendor an opportunity to establish a critical contact with potential customers. The Buyers are made up of Purchasing / Procurement personnel, Vendor managers, Maintenance & Planning Managers & other engineering, Maintenance and Operations personnel. Meetings are booked and managed online prior to the show (and can be modified onsite to take into account last minute additions & changes to the Buyer line up), and are made available on a first come first serve basis, with the booking system going live for all Vendors at the same time. ap&m expo europe is founded on the principle of absolute parity, and for many Vendors, Meet the Buyers is their one chance in the year to get in front of key decision makers. No advance notice or special treatment is given to the big sponsors or exhibitors – everyone has an equal opportunity to book and meet with the Buyer of their choice.
