How can I take part?
Sponsor
As a Sponsor, you are positioning your company as a significant force in the Commercial Aviation Aftermarket / MRO sector. Each Sponsor gets intensive brand exposure via the AP&M website and the comprehensive Marketing campaign promoting the EXPO. Depending on the package selected, there are also significant promotional benefits on-site during the EXPO, through sponsorship of specific events (Meet the Buyers, Receptions, lunches etc.) or branded give aways to key demographics (airline document folios, visitor water bottles, badges etc.) Sponsors can also get discounts on Delegate places and advertising in the EXPO show guide.
Exhibitor
A standard exhibit space incorporates a minimum of 2 VIP exhibitor passes, allowing the holder access to not one but two evening networking receptions with fellow exhibitors and conference Delegates, VIP Lounge (with free refreshments throughout the two days), free Lunch at any one of five catering outlets around the exhibit hall, and the right to take part in Meet the Buyers one-to-one Networking session.
Delegate
At the core of the EXPO is a thought provoking 2 day conference, to which airlines are invited to send personnel for FREE. In addition to the very informative and highly relevant presentations in the conference sessions, each Delegate also has entry to our two evening networking receptions with fellow exhibitors and conference Delegates, VIP Lounge and a sit down lunch with fellow Delegates in the main exhibit hall. Each Delegate also has the right to a fixed number of meetings in our Meet the Buyers one-to-one Networking session.
Visitor
Visiting the EXPO is a great way to stay in touch with customers, suppliers, competitors and friends. Each year we welcome hundreds of visitors through the doors of Olympia, and better still, it's FREE to visit, even if you turn up on the day. Access to the organised networking activities (evening receptions, VIP Lounge, Lunches, Meet the Buyers)and conference room are excluded, but in addition to the Exhibit hall with well over 200 world class companies, there is a FREE Open Seminar Programme, Meet theExperts packed full of informative topical seminars, practical advice & discussion forums, led by industry professionals.
