The summit (paid event) takes place at the Maritim Hotel Frankfurt on 4 June 2019.

The exhibition takes place at: Hall 11.1, Messe Frankfurt, 60486 Frankfurt on 5 - 6 June 2019.

ap&m Europe gathers the every level of the airline supply chain, allowing you to meeting a unique cross section of the industry over three days.

Exhibitors fall into categories such as: avionics, cabin interiors, engine and components, fuels/lubricants, leasing, lighting, MRO service providers, OEMs, painting/livery, parts manufacturers & distributors, recruitment, supply chain & logistics, test equipment/tooling and training.

We also have a large number of airlines, either as part of our Meet the Buyers or as regular visitors, who attend to meet new and existing suppliers.

Meet the Buyers is our premier networking event taking place in a dedicated area within the exhibition hall on Wednesday 5 June 2019. Meet the Buyers provides a platform for each exhibitor to meet with airline and MRO buyers, face to face, in pre-arranged 10 minute meetings slots. More information can be found here.

How do I participate?

To participate you must be a VIP Exhibitor (each exhibitor has a number of VIP badges depending on size of booth) or a qualified buyer.

How do I book a meeting at Meet the Buyers?​

Exhibitors are sent a login closer to the show to our bespoke meeting booking system enabling them to pick meetings with their preferred buyers on the wave release dates. Further information on this can be found in the exhibitor manual.

Who are the buyers?

We work hard to ensure we secure high value buyers: procurement and purchasing executives from airlines, MROs, OEMs and leasing companies, looking to meet suppliers to discuss current and future opportunities. We'll have around 100 international buyers ready and waiting on Wednesday 5 June 2019.

There is ample parking available (subject to a fee) in a number of public multi-storey car parks a short walk away from the Congress Center.

The ap&m Summit is a paid for event that takes place the day before the free to attend exhibition.

The summit attracts approx 150 attendees, with industry leading speakers taking a strategic look at the European aftermarket and supply chain, addressing a broad range of MRO topics.

The VIP Welcome Reception takes place on the evening of the 4 June 2019 from 19:30 - 22:30 and is open to the following badge holders:

  • VIP Exhibitors
  • Summit delegates
  • Summit speakers
  • Buyers

The reception is the perfect way to kick start your show, networking in a relaxed and fun environment, featuring a live band, drinks, snacks, dancing and entertainment. More information can be found here.

Visitors

Registering as a visitor is free and can be done online or onsite. Registering online allows you fast track entry by bringing your visitor confirmation code with you. You must be 16 or over to attend. Badges can be collected from 9am on 5 & 6 June 2019.

Exhibitors

Both VIP and regular exhibitor badges (for staff manning your booth) should be registered prior to the show in order for you to collect your badges. Each exhibitor will receive a password to the exhibitor portal to manage their booth. If you are an exhibitor and have not received your login, please email events@aviationweek.co.uk

Summit

Speakers and delegates will be able to pick up their badges from the Martim Hotel Frankfurt from 8am on 4 June 2019.FAQ – question 9 – remove hyperlink on exhibitor portal. Replace last sentence with: Each exhibitor will receive an email with login details once the exhibitor portal is available.
