ap&m Europe 2020 will be rescheduled to take place alongside MRO Europe on 27-29 October 2020 in Barcelona, Spain. 

We recognise that the second half of the year will be an extremely busy one for most, with many events, including our own being moved from the first half of the year. We feel we can offer the best possible experience for the aviation community by merging the two events together, which will maximise opportunities at the event and limit your travel and expense plans.

We believe that this merge will be especially convenient for airline managers and purchasers, who can meet many suppliers in one trip, while also allowing us additional focus on our customer relations efforts.

Yes, Meet the Buyers will take place during MRO Europe. We are currently in communication with our buyers and will update the website as and when buyers reconfirm. If you have meetings included in your package, these will be honoured at the new merged show.

As there is already a comprehensive conference programme at MRO Europe, we will not be running the ap&m Summit during MRO Europe 2020. If you are registered for the ap&m Summit, we will automatically transfer your registration to MRO Europe’s conference, at no extra charge.

The unprecedented situation that we face allows us to take a step back and evaluate our event schedule and what is best for our customers. We will be carefully considering what would deliver the most value to our customers and plans for the 2021 event will be released in due course.
